The Commonwealth Court upheld the assessment of penalties on an employer for failing to pay for medications to treat a worker’s depression. Case: St. Luke’s Physician Group v. Kuzo, No. 955 C.D. 2022, 04/29/2024, unpublished. Facts: Sheila Kuzo worked for St. Luke’s Physician Group as a critical care nurse.
