Court Upholds Penalties Against Employer That Failed to Pay for Worker's Medications

The Commonwealth Court upheld the assessment of penalties on an employer for failing to pay for medications to treat a worker’s depression. Case: St. Luke’s Physician Group v. Kuzo, No. 955 C.D. 2022, 04/29/2024, unpublished. Facts: Sheila Kuzo worked for St. Luke’s Physician Group as a critical care nurse.
