Facts: Ruddy Rosario worked for Westport Axle Co. LLC. On March 19, 2021, he used a hammer to loosen a piece from a rack. After the piece came loose, Rosario’s left testicle allegedly began to hurt. Although nothing came into contact with the testicle, Rosario reported significant pain.
