Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
You may return most items sold by workcompoutlet.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus your initial shipping costs. Simply mail us back the applicable product with an explanation for your return so that we may better assist your needs and we will issue a refund. Please note, if your return is due to workcompoutlet error, we will also pay the return shipping cost. In addition, we will not issue a refund for the return of certain items, including: - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. - Any item that has obvious signs of use. - Any item (including but not limited to CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record) that has been opened or taken out of its plastic wrap. - Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. |
