State workers’ compensation officials should raise the maximum copy services fee by $30 and they should do it soon, said dozens of stakeholders who commented on the California Division of Workers’ Compensation’s proposed changes to the Copy Service Fee Schedule.
The DWC’s proposed changes would increase the fee to $210, which many commenters said is long overdue for an industry that has continued to serve the workers’ comp system despite harsh economic conditions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
