Board Gives Providers First Glimpse at Long-Awaited Electronic Authorization System

The New York Workers' Compensation Board offered a sneak peek Monday at part of its new and long-awaited electronic claims management system. An official said it will be as easy to use as filing federal income tax returns online. “One of the features of the new system is that the provider doesn't need to know which form they have to fill out.
