Committees Set Hearings on Contractor Coverage Requirement, PTSD Expansion

A pair of California Senate committees will hear testimony on proposals that would require certain contractors to carry workers’ compensation coverage even if they have no employees and expand a presumption that post-traumatic stress disorder is compensable to state hospital and developmental service workers.
