Construction Company to Repay State Agencies Deprived by Work Comp Misrepresentations

The owner of a Brooklyn construction company has pleaded guilty to grand larceny for stealing $700,000 from workers by failing to pay the prevailing wage on public works projects, the borough’s acting district attorney announced last week.
