Work Comp Payers Could Have Case Against Opioid Marketers, Consultant Says

As states, cities and even a major health insurer add their names to the list of plaintiffs suing pharmaceutical companies over their role in the opioid crisis, workers’ compensation payers could be next, managed care consultant Joe Paduda says.
