Governor Vetoes Bill Requiring Small Business Rep on State Fund Board

The board of directors for the State Compensation Insurance Fund is fine as it is and there is no reason to mandate the appointment of a representative for small businesses, California Gov. Jerry Brown said in a veto message for Assembly Bill 61.
