Charged Fruit-Packing Plant Workers Offered Diversion, Attorney Says

More than 100 workers arrested in a July raid at a Naples, Florida fruit-packing plant have been offered a diversion program to erase the workers’ compensation fraud-related charges against them, an attorney for some of the workers said Tuesday.
