More than 100 workers arrested in a July raid at a Naples, Florida fruit-packing plant have been offered a diversion program to erase the workers’ compensation fraud-related charges against them, an attorney for some of the workers said Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the state Department of Financial Services says it’s still investigating the Fruit Dynamics plant, which itself was the target of the original tip that triggered the probe.
