A West Virginia contractor is facing proposed federal penalties of $86,916 after a worker suffered serious injuries from a 19-foot fall from a roof.
Princeton-based Benco Builders of the Virginias Inc. was cited for safety hazards, including lack of fall protection, by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration on Nov. 8.
