The Division of Workers’ Compensation suspended another five providers from participating in California’s comp system, including a physical therapist who pleaded guilty in a $15 million scheme to defraud Medicare, and a durable medical equipment provider who pleaded guilty to a kickback scheme targeting comp carriers.
