Air Ambulance Lawsuit Over Balance Billing Prohibition, Reimbursement Limits Dismissed

A Florida judge found that an air ambulance provider lacked standing to bring a lawsuit against the Office of Insurance Regulations to prohibit enforcement of a bill that requires health insurers to provide reasonable reimbursement for air transportation services and prohibits so-called balance billing.
