Supreme Court to Address Constitutionality of Subcontractor Immunity in Self-Insurance Plans

The Ohio Supreme Court will weigh in on the constitutionality of a state law that provides immunity to subcontractors in workers’ compensation self-insurance plans from tort claims by employees of other enrolled subcontractors, if injured while working on the self-insured project.
