By Steve Nichols, News Contributor Several workers’ compensation bills continue to struggle toward passage with the last day of the regular session of the Texas Legislature — May 29 — right around the corner, including a measure that would require carriers pay a missed appointment fee for designated doctor exams. HB 2702, by Rep.
