Man Once Convicted of Comp Fraud Charged With Coughing on Protesters

A Virginia man who once went to prison for workers' compensation fraud has been charged with deliberately coughing on supporters of President-elect Joe Biden outside President Trump's golf course. Raymond Deskins, a former air traffic controller, was charged with assault and was released Sunday afternoon, according to a Virginia news outlet.
