York Risk Services Buys JI Companies in Austin

York Risk Services Group announced on Tuesday that it has acquired JI Companies, a third-party administrator based in Austin, Texas. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.York said in a press release that its purchase of the JI Companies is a continuation of its commitment in the public entity market.
