Hearing Scheduled on Amendments to Filing of Notices of Appeal

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing at 2 p.m. Aug. 16 on the filing of notices of appeal and other proposed amendments. The applicable rules are 0800-02-22.01 through 0800-02-22.05. Any party can appeal a workers’ compensation judge’s order by filing a notice of appeal within seven business days of the date that an interlocutory order was filed by the judge or within 30 calendar days of the date a compensation order was filed by the judge, the proposal states.
