Three New Arbitrators Appointed; Five Others Reappointed

Gov. Bruce Rauner has reappointed arbitrators Anthony C. Erbacci, Steven J. Fruth, David A. Kane, Michael K. Nowak and Ketki Shroff Steffen to the Workers’ Compensation Commission. He appointed as new arbitrators Thomas Ciecko, Robert M. Harris and Robert E. Luedke. All are paid $115,840 a year and will serve three-year terms. Erbacci, of Cook County, has more than 30 years of experience in state government and insurance and labor law.
