Liberty Mutual Wants Restitution From Imaging Fraud Case

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is asking a federal court in Southern California for a share of the nearly $28 million in restitution Sam Solakyan was ordered to pay work comp carriers in January. A federal jury in July 2021 convicted Solakyan on one count of conspiracy to commit honest services mail fraud and health care fraud, and 11 counts of honest services mail fraud.
