Supreme Court Won't Revisit Imposition of Penalties

The Louisiana Supreme Court will not revisit its prior ruling that an insurance carrier’s use of conditional endorsements on settlement checks was untimely. Louisiana Revised Statutes Section 23:1201(G) provides a 30-day period for a carrier to make payment on a judgment.
