WCC Says In-Person Trials to Resume June 1

The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission in a notice sent to system users Friday said it plans to resume in-person trials on June 1. The commission said it already sent out some trial notices that include a specific time for appearances. People should not arrive at its building before the specified hearing time. Trial safety guidelines currently being drafted will be published before June 1, the commission said. In the meantime, the WCC said it will continue to follow all procedures outlined in prior alerts.
