Insurance Commissioner Approves Statistical Plan Changes

The Texas Department of Insurance announced Friday the approval of changes to the National Council on Compensation Insurance’s Statistical Plan for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance.  The primary purpose of the revision is to implement a redesigned Part 6-Coding Values, the department said.
