High Court: Tennessee Can Oversee Claim, Despite Arkansas-Based Employer

The Supreme Court of Tennessee's workers' compensation panel found that Tennessee courts had jurisdiction over two Tennessee truckers' workers' compensation claims because evidence existed of a "substantial connection between Tennessee and the employer-employee relationship."
