Two Pharmaceutical Sales Reps Admit to Prescription Fraud

Two Burlington County pharmaceutical sales representatives pleaded guilty Monday to defrauding state health benefits programs and other insurers by submitting fraudulent claims for medically unnecessary prescriptions for compounded drugs. Judd Holt, 42, of Marlton, and George Gavras, 36, of Moorestown, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Robert B. Kugler.
