Hurricane Harvey Restrictions Lifted on Wednesday

The Division of Workers’ Compensation has lifted a bulletin on deadlines and procedures for insurance carriers in response to Hurricane Harvey. Starting Wednesday, all deadlines and procedures will go into effect. After Gov. Greg Abbott on Aug. 23 issued the first of a series of disaster proclamations, workers’ compensation Commissioner W.
