WCB Announces Provider Suspension

Dr. Michael Alan Lee has had his authorization to treat injured workers within the New York workers’ compensation system temporarily suspended, effective Oct. 16. Lee's last known business address is 3 Rochester Court in Huntington, New York. The suspension by the chair of the New York Workers’ Compensation Board follows an order from the State Board for Professional Medical Conduct regarding Lee.
