Case: Bittle v. Wal-Mart Associates, No. CV-17-175, 11/29/2017, published.
Facts: Helen Bittle worked at a Wal-Mart store as an inventory control specialist. While she was at work on April 6, 2015, Bittle allegedly fell while pulling a pallet. She testified that she felt pain in her chest, upper back and right hip, but she didn’t ask to see a doctor because she "wasn't sure what was hurting.”
