Yet Another Dollar General Fined for Blocked Exits

In a safety inspection tale as old as time, Occupational Safety and Health Administration officials announced that they have found blocked exits at another Dollar General store.  OSHA has levied more than $1 million in fines against Dollar General since 2010. The huge discount retailer's Pioneer, Ohio, store is the latest offender.  OSHA fined Dollar General $117,579 for the blocked exit.
