Mental health professionals from around California have submitted comments in opposition to the Division of Workers’ Compensation’s latest Medical-Legal Fee Schedule proposal, saying lackluster reimbursement rates, inadequate cost of living adjustments and fixed fees could discourage physicians from serving as qualified medical evaluators.
