An Ohio claimant who was working as a truck driver while drawing permanent total disability benefits was sentenced to five years of community control, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation's Special Investigations Department said Friday.Lonnie Mace, of New Plymouth, Ohio, was sentenced to one year in jail on April 3, but the jail term was suspended if he completes the terms of community control.
