The California Department of Insurance announced that a cook was arrested on multiple felony fraud counts for filing a workers’ compensation claim for injuries he sustained while wrestling with a coworker.
Jonathan Quezada, 28, was arrested Feb. 12 and booked at the Sacramento County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000, about $3,000 more than the benefits prosecutors say he illegally received.
