Industrial Commission Considering Change to Impairment Rating Rules

The Idaho Industrial Commission is seeking input from workers’ compensation system uses on proposed changes to rules requiring the averaging of multiple impairment ratings for the same injury. The commission has put forth two proposals it is asking system users to consider.
