EDI Vendors Must Comply With New IAIABC Standards by Next Year

All electronic data interchange vendors must comply with the standards set forth in a recent manual released by the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions by Oct. 1, 2018, the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation has announced.  EDI vendors must comply with IAIABC Claims Release 3.1 by that date, because the board will stop accepting processing claims data sent in accordance with IAIABC Claims Release 3.0 on Sept. 30, 2018.
