MLAC Opposition Could Leave Little for Lawmakers to do on Comp

The panel that advises the Oregon legislature on workers' compensation issues is unanimously opposed to a bill that would require injured workers be notified of their right to choose a medical provider and exclude paid sick time from the definition of payroll. That could leave state lawmakers with little to do regarding workers' comp legislation this year.
