One Call Care Management will make sweeping changes in how it runs its physical therapy business to settle a lawsuit filed by the nonprofit Independent Physical Therapists of California. Paul Gaspar, et al deserve a huge amount of thanks from all independent practice owners. Great job at correcting part of the corruption in the referral-for-profit schemes lawmakers seem unwilling to address.
