The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Thursday withdrew a previous statement announcing no change in minimum and maximum temporary total disability rates for 2022.
Earlier in September, the division announced that TTD rates would be unchanged in 2022 because of a decrease in the state’s average weekly wage over the 12-month period ending March 31. On Thursday, the division said the wage data was not final.
