CBIA, IAC File Amicus Brief Opposing Exclusivity Challenge

The Connecticut Business & Industry Association and the Insurance Association of Connecticut filed a joint amicus brief asking a state appellate court to deny a motion that seeks to apply the “substantial certainty” exception to exclusivity. Harold Dusto started a 45-year career working for asbestos products manufacturer Rogers Corp. in 1970.
