WC Commission's Executive Director Resigns

Kim Bailey, executive director of the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission, is stepping down for a position with another state agency, the commission announced Wednesday. The commission appointed Administrative Law Judge Patricia Sommer to take over Bailey’s duties until it finds a permanent replacement, the commission said in a press release.
