2nd DCA Asked to Reconsider Its 'Premises Line' Decision for Military Contractor's Employee

The 2nd District Court of Appeal is being asked to reconsider its decision from earlier this month finding that a civilian worker at a military base entered into the course of his employment once he was on the base. Craig Schultz, a technical drafter for a military contractor, suffered severe injuries when his car crashed into a ditch after he passed through the entrance to Edwards Air Force Base.
