DWC to Adopt Final Utilization and Reimbursement Dispute Rules

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that the final adopted versions of its utilization and reimbursement dispute rules will take effect Aug. 2. A copy of the rules, which address a range of issues, including petition forms, carrier response forms, the effect of a non-response by carriers, and overutilization, is here.
