DWC Sets Public Hearing May 14 on Proposed COVID Update to MTUS

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Tuesday announced that it will hold a public hearing May 14 on a proposal to incorporate COVID-19 guidelines into the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule.
