The owner of a New Jersey real estate improvement company was charged with providing false payroll information to lower his workers’ compensation premiums, Acting Attorney General Andrew J. Bruck said in a statement. Zechariah Greenspan, 37, was indicted July 7 on second-degree charges of insurance theft, theft by deception and misconduct of a corporate official.
