Wyoming employers that made all required workers’ compensation payments in 2019 would qualify for a credit toward 2020 premiums, under recently introduced legislation.
Senate File 89, by Sen. Eli Bebout, R-Riverton, would order the Department of Workforce Services to establish a premium credit for any employer that is in good standing with the Workers’ Compensation Division and has made all required payments between Jan. 1, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2019.
