Bill Backed Self-Insurers Facing Opposition from Labor and Lawmakers

The Nevada Self-Insurers Association is proposing a bill it says will restore balance to the state's workers' compensation system, but trial attorneys, union representatives and lawmakers think the measure goes too far.
