The Delaware Superior Court upheld a denial of benefits to a court employee who fell into a sinkhole as she arrived for work. Case: Browning v. State, No. K20A-03-001 VLM, 05/03/2021, published. Facts: Kim Browning worked as a judicial assistant at the Superior Court in Kent County. Some court employees had assigned parking spots in the parking garage underneath the courthouse, but judicial assistants didn't.
