If everything's bigger in Texas, it's also better, at least in the workers' compensation system, says a report from the Division of Workers' Compensation.
The division's Research and Evaluation Group's Report, titled "Setting the Standard," is required by law every other year. It found that since a 2005 reform law was passed, measurements have continued to improve in almost every category for employers, insurers, medical providers and injured workers.
