DWC Report to Legislature Says All Is Well With Comp System, but Critics Disagree

The division's Research and Evaluation Group's Report, titled "Setting the Standard," is required by law every other year. It found that since a 2005 reform law was passed, measurements have continued to improve in almost every category for employers, insurers, medical providers and injured workers.
