The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has lifted a bulletin, effective Jan. 10, that that tolled deadlines for procedures in counties impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
The division said lifting the tolling period means that the clock for completing a procedure or making a required filing will resume ticking on Jan. 1.
