Audit Shows Insurers Fully Investigating COVID-19 Claims Before Denials, WCD Says

The administrator for the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division said a recent audit of COVID-19 claims shows insurers are complying with a new rule requiring them to conduct “reasonable” investigations before denying claims.
