Faustino Bernadett Pleads Guilty to Pacific Hospital Charge

Retired physician Faustino Bernadett agreed to pay the federal government $1 million as part of a plea deal for helping conceal kickbacks providers were paid to refer patients to Pacific Hospital of Long Beach while he held a majority interest in the facility.
